What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?

Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Jaspr ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your order directly through your Jaspr account dashboard.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Jaspr furniture pieces come with a limited one-year warranty that covers structural defects and manufacturing issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
